kaiseng is struggling to find a new pace of life....
imagine i "slept" at near 1am yet i "woke up" at 622am....
finding a rhythm in life is proven to be tough....
my heart is weary,my soul is hungry....
my brain is falling apart mentally,my body is falling sick physically....
im trying.....
to improve the whole life cycle.....
need to let my live life in a better way ha!!
a lot of prayers needed...
